1.     Services Provided

Virtual Nest agrees to provide virtual home-staging services, including but not limited to:

·      Digitally furnishing empty rooms with photorealistic designs.

·      Removing existing furniture upon request.

·      Providing various interior design styles.

·      Delivering high-resolution images for real estate marketing purposes.

·      Offering unlimited refinements as per the selected package.

 

2.     Service Fees & Payment

 

Clients must pay for services upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.

Pricing varies based on the selected package, with any additional edits or requests potentially incurring additional fees.

Payments are non-refundable once virtual staging services have been initiated.

 

3.     Turnaround Time

Standard delivery for virtual staging services is 48-72 hours from the time of order confirmation.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

 

4.     Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide high-quality images of the property for optimal results.

The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving staged images within the provided timeframe.

The Client must ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained for the use of submitted images.

 

5.     Use of Staged Images

Virtual Nest grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the staged images for marketing purposes.

The Client shall not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the images without prior written consent from Virtual Nest.

Virtual Nest reserves the right to use staged images for promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

 

6.     Transparency & Legal Compliance

Virtual Nest will include a disclaimer on all staged images indicating they have been virtually staged.

Clients are encouraged to disclose in property listings that images have been digitally enhanced to ensure ethical marketing.

Virtual Nest is not liable for any claims arising from the misrepresentation of a property’s physical condition.

 

7.     Liability & Limitation of Damages

Virtual Nest is not responsible for any sales outcomes resulting from the use of virtual staging.

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

In no event shall Virtual Nest’s total liability exceed the fees paid by the Client for the respective service.

 

8.     Revisions & Cancellations

Unlimited refinements are available based on the selected package.

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Orders may be canceled before processing begins; otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

 

9.     Confidentiality & Data Protection

Virtual Nest agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client-provided images and information.

Client data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

 

10.  Termination & Dispute Resolution

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its terms.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration under applicable laws.

 

11.  Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The United States of America.

 

12.  Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using Virtual Nest’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
